Jonathan Odell (1737-1818) of Burlington, N.J., rector of Episcopal Church in Burlington, who later moved to New Brunswick, Canada; to his son, William Franklin Odell (d. 1844); to William Hunter Odell from whom it was purchased by the Museum in April 1955 for $300.
