Hanging globe from Fountain Court, Laurelton Hall

Inverted, pear-shaped shade with circular opening at top with slightly turned out rim. Irridecent glass of gold and yellow tones with millifiori decoration to create the images of waterlilies.

Provenance

Possibly made for Louis Comfort Tiffany's Laurelton Hall, Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York. The donor noted that the piece was "from Laurelton Hall."
