Provenance

Purchased by Leslie Van Ness Denman (1867-1959), a California collector, around 1920. Descended in the family and sold by a relative (probably her son) to Adobe Gallery in 1994. Purchased from Adobe Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in 1996.
