Cast gold pendent representing an anthropomorphic bat shaman figure. What may be the being's tail emerges from its proper left side and arches above the head. Six spiral elements embellish this tail-like form. A single ring at the back of the neck allows for suspension on a string.

With Walter Channing Wyman, Chicago(?), by 1922; to MFA, February 1922, purchased as part of a group of 67 pieces for $5,000.
